Roman Area -
I visited Caldicot in order to visit the Roman remains in the area. Court Farm is very central to these and other historical sites. As the name suggests, it is a farmhouse, large and comfortable but it is outside the town so you need to drive for dinner (I can recommend the Castle pub by Caldicot Castle.)."

Beautiful Court Farm -
I would highly recommend this beautiful place, arrived with a warm welcome with fresh pot of coffee and home made fruit cake which was out of this world, host Sue could not do enough to make you feel welcome, my partner and I felt truly relaxed and at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, wifi freely available which is handy, lovely on suite with a high quality modern feel but still in keeping with the period of the property, extremely clean and very well kept, quality flat sceen tv with dvd player which was nice relaxing in the evening watching a well deseved favourite film, beds were incredibly comfy and big thick cosy curtains that when closed kept the room lovely and dark and silent from any noises, very convienently positioned just off jct 23a magor services following signs towards Caldicot the property is easily seen and in full view from the road leading from Undy to Rogiet very easy to find, Sue's breakfast is first class and keeps you going till late afternoon Brill! Big thanks to Sue my partner and I needed this break and you made it perfect 5*."

Spacious, well proportioned farmhouse -
I could not have been made more welcome by Mrs Anstey who has lived here all her life. The building is a well proportioned four square victorian building which was meticulously clean and tidy. The setting in its farmyard of listed buildings is surprisingly attractive and the sandwich of motorways that is obvious from the maps proved neither obtrusive nor noisy. This was very good value and I would have no hesitation staying here again or recommending it."

Although we only stayed one night at Court Farm, we found the B&B a lovely place to stay and Sue, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. She was happy to help when we needed some local information. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a good breakfast with plenty of choice.
I would definitely recommend Court Farm to my friends and would be more than happy to stay there again. "

Sue was a fabulous hostess who made us both feel at home. Nothing was to much trouble. There was information about local places of interest as well as information about the farm and old church nearby. The breakfast was cooked to order and the level of comfort matched a four star hotel. "

This is a lovely house; really handy for the motorway but it's in the grounds of a farm and feels like you're in the country. Sue is really welcoming and friendly, and the house is lovely. I stayed in the single room, which is a nice size and has its own bathroom across the hall. The house is quiet; I had a great night's sleep, and then a lovely breakfast the following morning at a time that I requested. Excellent value for money. "

Highly recommend staying here.
Very quiet farm house location. A realy pleasant lady owner, could not do enough for you. The breakfast is to die for, sets you up for the day. Better than the way your mother cooks it. Top of my list for my next visit to the area. ***** "

We arrived to a very friendly welcome and the offer of a drink. The room was clean and very comfortable. The following morning we were treated to a delicious cooked breakfast and were then invited into the lounge to sit and read the papers. Sue is a very friendly hostess and we would definitely stay again if we return to the area. "

Great Little B&B -
Received a warm welcome from Sue with a welcome pot of coffee. Single room very comfortable - not en-suite, but exclusive use of family bathroom a couple of steps away. Excellent breakfast at a requested early (7:30am) start, no problem. All in all, a great place to stay and very convenient for the Chepstow/Forest of Dean area. Top Marks! "

Fantastic value for money -
Having spent 9 nights in hotels touring Wales this was by far the cleanest and best value for money.
We were greated with a smile and although tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room we were made a pot of tea and given home made tea.
She took tome to answer our questions about the area and showed genuine interest in our comments.
Although the house is fairly close to the motorway the room was quiet.
Evening meal was available at a pub 2 miles away and was excellent. "

Super Venue -
We stayed at Court Farm for 2 nights for our visit to the Speedway Grand Prix at the Millenium in Cardiff. We were greeted by Sue, who made us very welcome with a nice pot of tea. The room was excellent value for the price and had all that you needed. The breakfast was truly a farmhouse breakfast - full English with all the trimmings. Highly recommended and definitely a place to return to again. "

100% - Sue, the owner, couldn't be there for our arrival so arranged a friend to meet us, show us to the room and make us welcome. The room was bright ans very comfortable. On her return Sue came to introduce herself and see if there was anything we needed. The room, the house and the level of service we experienced were excellent. The house is on a working farm/stables so has a real country retreat feel to it. We were allowed to put our motorcycles in a garage so they were under cover for the night. The breakfast is one of those "sets you up for the day" type. We will definately go back and have a long weekend as this time it was a one night stop over. There was no facility for an evening meal but there is a small village a couple of miles away with a choice of pubs doing food, restaurants and take aways. We went to a pub restaurant on Sue's recommendation and the food and price were excellent, we were on the bikes so only soft drinks, however for those staying and wanting a drink a taxi would not be expensive. Exceptional comfort - We stayed one night but the experience was exceptional. The room was beautiful with all the amenities you would be lucky to find in a middle-range hotel (including fluffy bathrobes). The breakfast was excellent with a tremendous choice. Our hostess was charming and very friendly. "
